Near the beaches of Den Helder you will find a a small forest called Dark Dunes. You can enter and leave the forest from tree sides. Two of them will bring you to the dunes and beaches the third back in to New Den Helder. In this forest if you are quiet you will see and hear a lot of different birds and sometimes you will find a Highlander on your pad don’t panic they won’t bite you.
